Cílem této diplomové práce je provést zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti XY, a.s. a doporučit vhodný zdroj financování investičního záměru na pořízení stavebních strojů. První, teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních teoretických poznatků týkajících se oblasti investic a jejich klasifikace, fází investičního rozhodování, peněžních toků plynoucích z investic, potenciálních zdrojů financování investiční činnosti, metod hodnocení investičních projektů, úvěrové činnosti bank a řízení úvěrového rizika, leasingu a jeho členění a v neposlední řadě také klasických ukazatelů finanční analýzy podniků. V navazující praktické části využiji teoretické poznatky z první částí diplomové práce a provedu analýzu finanční situace společnosti XY, a.s. Následně představím zamýšlený investiční projekt a jeho očekávané peněžní toky. Poté uvedu možné zdroje jeho financování a zhodnotím jejich výhodnost. Na závěr práce navrhnu doporučení toho způsobu financování, které bude pro podnik nejvýhodnější. |

The aim of this study is to assess the financial situation of the company XY, a.s. and re-commend appropriate source of finance for the investment plan for the purchase of construction machinery. The first, theoretical part aims to explain basic theoretical knowledges of investment and its classification, phases of investment decision making, cash flow from investment, potential sources of funding, methods of investment evaluation, bank lending and credit risk management, leasing services, and last but not least indicators of financial analysis. In the practical part I will analyze the financial health of the company XY, a.s. Then I will introduce the investment plan and its estimated cash flow and I will mention sources of its funding and evaluate their advantages. At the end of this study I will suggest the source of finance, which would be the most advantageous for the company XY, a.s. |
