dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá možností poskytování sociálních služeb soukromého sektoru v oblasti seniorských domů v regionu města Uherské Hradiště. Cílem této práce je zpracování podkladů k zahájení podnikatelské činnosti v oblasti poskytování sociálních a ubytovacích služeb pro seniory, která by tak mohla řešit problém dlouhodobého převisu poptávky nad nabídkou v tomto segmentu. Po provedení analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí je navržen vhodný podnikatelský plán.	cs
