Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vícekriteriální rozhodování a jejím cílem je vyhodnotit výhodnost jednotlivých nabídek přepravních firem. V teoretické části se práce zabývá obecně vícekriteriálním rozhodováním, jeho historií, procesem hodnocení variant a přístupy vícekriteriálního hodnocení. Další kapitoly se zaměřují na jednotlivé metody stanovení vah kritérií a metody vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Praktická část začíná charakteristikou firmy Jihomoravská armaturka s.r.o. Následuje ABC analýza dodavatelů materiálu a ABC analýza přepravních nákladů dle jednotlivých druhů materiálu, stanovení přibližných rozměrů a hmotností zásilek a samotné výběrové řízení na přepravce. Výstupem práce je návrh přepravce s nejvýhodnější nabídkou. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on multi-criterial decision making and its aim is to evaluate advantages of offers of transport companies.The theoretical part is based on multi-criterial decision making in general, its history, process of evaluation of variants and attitudes of multi-criterial evaluation. Next chapters aimed at methods of determination of weights of criteria and methods of multi-criterial evaluation of variants. The practical part begins with the description of the company Jihomoravská armaturka ltd. ABC analysis of material suppliers and ABC analysis of shipping costs according to different types of material, setting of proximate dimensions and weights of packages, and selection procedure of transporter as such follow. The result of this work is the suggestion of a transporter with the most convenient offer. |
