Tato práce je zaměřená na oblast nákupu a možnosti výběru optimálního dodavatele. První bod teoretické části se zabývá charakteristikou logistiky, jejími cíli, funkcemi a členěním. Druhý bod teoretické části je zaměřen na možnosti výběru optimálního dodavatele, vymezení pojmů souvisejících s problematikou výběru optimálního dodavatele a jednotlivými metodami výběru optimálního dodavatele. Praktická část je věnována společnosti MICOS spol. s r. o., zejména její divizi TELCOM, charakteristice jejích produktů a služeb, popisu současného stavu v oblasti výběru optimálního dodavatele. Na základě vybraných metod jsou navrhnuta opatření pro zlepšení výběru optimálního dodavatele. |

This work is focused on the purchase and the choice of optimal supplier. The first point of the theoretical part deals with the theoretical characteristics of logistics, its objectives, functions and differentiation. The second point of the theoretical part focuses on the choice of optimal supplier, definition of terms related to the issue of optimal selection of suppliers and the various methods of choosing the optimal supplier. The practical part is devoted MICOS spol. s r. o., in particular divize TELCOM, the characteristics of its products and services, the description of the current situation in the selection of optimal supplier. Based on the selected methods the measures are suggested to improve the selection of optimal suppliers. |
