Hlavním tématem mé bakalářské práce je problematika spojená s používáním distančního elektrického paralyzéru. V teoretické části čtenáře seznámím s typy Taser, od nejstarších po nejnovější modely, které se využívají po celém světě. Dále chci poukázat na případy, kdy je možné použít tento distanční paralyzér v České republice a problémy s jeho používáním v individuální technické obraně. V praktické části se pokusím probrat technologii Taseru, úmrtí při použití v zásahu proti pachateli, výhody a nevýhody Taseru oproti palné zbrani a kontaktního paralyzéru a zkalkulovat celkovou částku při používání Taseru jedním policistou.<br> |

The main object of this paper is to deal with some of the problems related with the usage of a neuromuscular incapacitation device designed to immobilize the attacker from a distance a Taser. The subject of a theoretical part is to introduce the oldest models of Tasers up to the latest Taser products used worldwide. This is followed by my explanation of when it is possible to use this type of protector in the Czech Republic, depicting some of the problems when using it for the individual technical self-defence. The practical part of my thesis analyses the Taser technology, death cases associated with Taser during an intervention against the offender and also the advantages and disadvantages of Taser over the firearms and stun guns. Finally, the total sum of using a Taser by one police officer is also calculated.<br> |
