V práci si přiblížíme právní prostředí a jednotlivé okolnosti, které se úzce dotýkají problematiky zadržení. V další stati bakalářské práce se podíváme na jednotlivé techniky zadržení a zneškodnění útoků. U všech těchto technik si specifikujeme, jak jsou vlastně intenzivní. A upřesníme si některé vlivy z hlediska psychologie a individuality člověka. V praktické části si přiblížíme výsledky vlastního šetření formou polootevřené ankety pro pracovníky PKB a nastíníme si metodickou pomůcku pro správnou volbu intenzity zadržení, použití samotných technik, verbální a nonverbální komunikace. |

My essay deals with legal surroundings and circumstances which are closely connected with the issues of apprehension. I would like to talk about techniques of apprehension and disabling attacks In other part of my essay. The intensity of those techniques will be specified and also their influence on human?s psychology. The practical section describes results of my own research, which was performed in form of semi-opened survey among PKB workers. I would like to mention methodical aid, which helps us to find the best way how to apprehend somebody, how to use the techniques themselves and how to use verbal and nonverbal communication. |
