dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řešení problematiky financování bydlení pomocí stavebního spoření v České republice. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy jako stavební spoření, státní podpora, spořící fáze, překlenovací úvěr nebo úvěr ze stavebního spoření. V praktické části si pak čtenář může prostudovat současnou nabídku produktů staveb-ních spořitelen a jejich využití na simulovaném případu.	cs
