dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je zavedení do problematiky dohledových a poplachových přijímacích center (DPPC) a popsat složení i komunikace mezi centrem a objektem. Dalším úkolem je charakterizovat technické a personální zabezpečení center. Na závěr zanalyzovat současné problémy a podívat se do budoucna v čem tyto centra můžeme využívat. Jako praktickou část popíši manuál k obsluze pro dispečery (obsluhu) dohledového a poplachového přijímacího centra z pohledu norem Evropské Unie (EU).	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Aim of this thesis is to introduce the problems of surveillance and alarm receiving centres and to describe their composition and communication between centre and object. Next task is to define technical support and personnel security of these centres. In the end I analyse current problems and possibilities how to use the centres in future. In the practical part of this thesis is described handbook for operators of surveillance and alarm receiving centres in the view of European Union?s norms.	en
