dc.description.abstract	Téma diplomové práce je zaměřeno na popis celkové rekonstrukce úpravny vody Štítná nad Vláří. Požadavek na vlastní rekonstrukci úpravny vody vznikl na základě čtyřicetiletého provozu bez významné rekonstrukce, kde zařízení je ve stavu vysokého morálního i fyzického opotřebení. Po rekonstrukci bude technologická linka plně modernizována a v míře požadavků provozovatele automatizována. Dojde ke změnám v technologickém procesu úpravy vody. Po ukončení rekonstrukce bude úpravna vody pracovat s podstatně vyšším stupněm spolehlivosti a s vyšším stupněm zabezpečenosti v dodávce kvalitní pitné vody. Teoretická část se bude zabývat všeobecnými pravidly platnými pro provoz úpravny vody. V analytické části rozeberu ekonomické a provozní zhodnocení řízení výroby před a po rekonstrukci. Praktická část se zabývá kompletní rekonstrukcí stávající úpravny vod a v závěru zhodnotím efektivitu nové .	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the diploma thesis is focused on description of the complete reconstruction of the water treatment plant Štítná nad Vláří. The request for the reconstruction itself arose from a forty years long operation of the water treatment plant without any significant re-construction, where its device is in state of high amortization. After the reconstruction, the technological line will be fully upgraded and to the extend of the operator also automated. There will be changes in the technological process of water treatment. After finishing the reconstruction, the water treatment plant will be working in much higher level of reliability and security of delivering quality drinking water. The theoretical part will deal with the general rules valid for running the water treatment plant. In the analytical part of the thesis, I am going to analyze the economical and operational evaluation of the production control before and after the reconstruction. The practical part deals with the complete reconstruction of the existing water treatment plant and in conclusion, I will evaluate the efficiency of the new one.	en
