dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem normativní základny logistických služeb. Teoretická část této práce je zpracována na základě studia odborné literatury zabývající se legislativními požadavky, kterými se musí bezpodmínečně řídit každá společnost podnikající v tomto oboru. Druhou rovinou teoretické části je podrobný rozbor norem ISO 9001 a ISO 14 001, o který se opírá praktická část této práce. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na porovnání teoretických požadavků doporučujících norem ISO s praxí a zhodnocení přínosu zavedených norem pro organizaci. Následně je v praktické části, na základě teoretických a praktických poznatků navrženo opatření k dosažení požadovaných výsledků uvedených norem.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the analysis of the normative base of logistics sevices. The theoretical part of this work is composed on a base of a study literature dealing with the legal requirements which must necessarily follow every company doing business in this field. The second part is a detailed theoretical analysis of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14 001, which is based on the practical part of this work. The practical part is focused on comparing the theoretical requirements of ISO recommending the practice and appreciation of the contribution of established standards for the organization. Subsequently, in the practical part, based on theoretical knowledge and practical measures designed to achieve the desired results of those standards.	en
