Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na jeden nejpropracovanější a nejznámější přístup v oblasti výkonnosti podniku, kterým je koncept Balanced Scorecard. Cílem mé diplomové práce je implementace tohoto konceptu do řízení výkonnosti podniku XY, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti hodnocení výkonnosti podniku a představení modelu Balanced Scorecard. Druhá, praktická část seznamuje s výsledky analýz, které pomáhají vyjasnit současnou situaci a jsou podkladem pro zavedení Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti. Následně je navržen již zmíněný koncept BSC a postup jeho implementace. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny přínosy, doporučení a možná rizika projektu. |

The master thesis focuses on one of the most sophisticated and best-known approach to business performance, which is the concept of Balanced Scorecard. The aim of my thesis is the implementation of this concept in the corporate performance XY, a.s. The thesis is di-vided into two parts. The first part reviews theoretical knowledge of business performance evaluation and description of the Balanced Scorecard. The second practical part introduces the results of analyzes which describes the current economic situation and on the basis of the results it set up the concept of the project BSC in company. In the other practical part is created a project of BSC implementation for the company. Finally there are identified the benefits, suggestion and the risk of implementation for the company. |
