dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu systému řízení pohledávek. Teoretická část bude věnována charakteristice pohledávek a jejich významu pro podnik. Další část teorie bude zaměřena na ocenění pohledávek. Dále bude blíže popsána problematika řízení pohledávek. Finanční analýza zaměřená na pohledávky bude zmíněna v menším rozsahu. Praktická část bakalářské práce bude popisovat současný způsob řízení pohledávek ve společnosti a postup vymáhání pohledávek ve firmě. Dále bude zpracována finanční analýza zaměřená na pohledávky a bude sledován vývoj pohledávek v jednotlivých letech. V závěrečné části bude navrhnuto doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu pohledávek ve společnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the debt management system. The theoretical part will deal with the characteristics of the debts and their importance for a company. Another part of the theory will be focused on the debt appraisal. Furthermore, there will be described the issue of the debt management. Financial analysis focused on the debts will be mentioned to a lesser extent. The practical part of the bachelor thesis will cover the current method of the debt management in the company and the debt collection process in the company. There will be elaborated the financial analysis focused on the debts and there will be monitored the debts development in particular years. In the final part the suggestion to improve the current debt situation in the company will be proposed.	en
