Nosným tématem diplomové práce je evaluace rozpočtů obcí mikroregionu Vizovicko. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy, související s tématem diplomové práce, dále vymezeno postavení územních samosprávných celků, rozpočtový proces a ná-sledná kontrola hospodaření. Popsána je taktéž příjmová a výdajová stránka municipálních rozpočtů dle druhového členění rozpočtové skladby s důrazem kladeným zejména na daňo-vé příjmy obcí, jako hlavní zdroj financování. V praktické části je nejprve provedena charakteristika území obcí mikroregionu Vizovicko. Dále je pak práce zaměřena na analýzu a shrnutí vývoje příjmů a výdajů obcí mikroregionu Vizovicko v letech 2007 až 2011, opět s důrazem kladeným na daňové příjmy. V závěru práce je navržena fiskální optimalizace rozpočtu obce Jasenná. |

The Diploma Thesis is concerned with the budget evaluation of the municipalities in the Vizovicko region. The theoretical part deals with the characteristic of the main terms related to the topic of the Thesis and with the specification of the regional self-governing units position, budget process and consequent control of the economic activities. It also includes the description of the income and expense side of the municipal budgets according to the type classificati-on of the budget composition, with the emphasis on the tax incomes of the municipalities as the main source of their funding. The characteristic of the municipal territories in the Vizovicko region represents the intro-duction to the practical part of the Thesis. The following chapters consider the analysis and the summary of the income and expense development of the municipalities in the Vizovic-ko region in the years 2007 to 2011 focused on tax incomes. The conclusion of the Thesis is concerned with the proposal of the fiscal budget optimalization for the municipality of Jasenná. |
