Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu trhu práce a politiky zaměstnanosti v Olomouckém kraji, včetně navrhnutí pozitivních opatření. Teoretická část se v první fázi věnuje vymezení základních pojmů, které souvisí s trhem práce. Následně je další část práce zaměřena na popsání politik zaměstnanosti na trhu práce, včetně příslušných institucí, jak zdejších, tak z Evropské unie, které trh práce ovlivňují. Na konci teoretické části je zpracována dotčená legislativa. Praktická část se věnuje analýze trhu práce v Olomouckém kraji během let 2001 až 2011, zejména v oblasti zaměstnanosti, nezaměstnanosti a aktivních politik zaměstnanosti. V poslední části práce jsou navržena opatření, která by mohla přispět k pozitivním změnám na trhu práce. |

The goal of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the labour market and employment policy in the Olomouc region, including propose positive measures. The theoretical part deals at fisrt with the definition of basic concepts related to the labor market. Then the next part of the thesis is focused on describing the employment policies in the labor market, including relevant institutions, both local and from the European Union which affect labor market. At the end of the theoretical part is handled concerned le-gislation. The practical part deals with the analysis of labor market in the Olomouc region during the years 2001 to 2011, particularly in employment, unemployment and active em-ployment policies. At the end of the thesis are proposed measures that lead to positive gan-ges in the labor market. |
