dc.description.abstract	V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám analýzou vyhledávání, výběru a příjmu zaměstnanců ve společnosti XYZ. V první části práce se zaměřuji na teoretické poznatky na základě studia odborné literatury. Ve druhé části analyzuji systém vyhledávání, výběru a příjmu zaměst-nanců ve společnosti XYZ. Dále analyzuji metody a postupy, které personální oddělení společnosti používá. V prvotní fázi analýzy jsem provedla rozbor vývoje zaměstnanců podle určitých kategorií, dále jsem uvedla průběhy některých výběrových řízení a zjistila formu vyhledávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Zde jsem našla určité nedostatky. Na závěr jsem posoudila úroveň nedostatků a získaných poznatků a navrhla jsem firmě jistá doporučení, která by jim mohla být nápomocna.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I deal with the analysis of system of seeking, selecting and recruitment of the employees in the company XYZ. In the first part of my thesis I deal with theoretical pieces based on studying the expert literature. In the second part I analyse the system of seeking, selecting and recruitment of the employees in the company XYZ. I also analyse the meth-ods and process, which the personal department uses. In the first phase of analysis I did the study of development of the employees, which was divided into definite categories. I also brought in the process of some selection procedure and I found out the form of seeking and selecting of employees in the company. I found some failings in here. As a conclusion I compared the level of this failings and gained pieces of knowledge and I suggested certain recommendations, which could be helpful for the company.	en
