dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je vypracovanie projektu na tému podnikateľský zámer založenia reštaurácie. Na základe teoretických poznatkov, a poznatkov získaných z praxe som sa snažil tento cieľ naplniť. Projekt pozostáva z dvoch častí ? teoretickej a praktickej. Prvá časť poskytuje teoretické poznatky o tvorbe podnikateľského zámeru, voľby právnej formy a koniec prvej časti tvoria analýzy k dosiahnutiu podnikateľského zámeru. V rámci praktickej časti projektu je vypracovaná podrobná analýza projektu, ktorá je základom pre tvorbu podnikateľského zámeru.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of graduation thesis is to elaborate the project of Business plan - start-up of a res-taurant. I have tried to fulfil this aim on the basis on theoretical and practical knowledge. The project consists of theoretical and practical part. The first part provides us theoretical knowledge about the business plan establishment, choosing the legal form and analyses to reach the goal of the business plan. In terms of practical part of the project, there were elaborated project analyses, which are the basement for starting-up the business plan.	en
