Tato práce se zabývá formami, metodami a technickými prostředky soukromé detektivní činnosti, které jsou užívány v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na rozlišení forem od metod a popis jednotlivých forem a metod soukromé detektivní činnosti. Závěr teoretické části je věnován technickým prostředkům, které využívá detektiv ke své činnosti. V praktické části se zabývám problematikou používání některých technických prostředků, které slouží k získání informací a důkazů. V poslední části rozebírám problematiku soukromé detektivní činnosti a návrh spolupráce především se státními orgány za účelem zkvalitnění a zefektivnění služeb soukromé detektivní činnosti. |

This thesis deals with the forms, methods and technical means of private detective work, which are used in the commercial security industry. The theoretical part focuses on the resolution of the methods and forms and description of individual forms and methods of private detective work. Conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to technical resources, which the detective uses to his detective work. In the practical part I deal with the issue of the use of some technical means served to obtain information and evidence. In the last section I discuss the issue of private detective work and a proposal for cooperation primarily with the state authorities in order to improve and make more efficient services of the private detective work. |
