dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce Analýza motivace zaměstnanců je analýza motivačních nástrojů používaných k řízení motivace pracovníků v daném podniku. Teoretická část zahrnuje poznatky o motivaci, různé druhy motivace a její vliv na výkon zaměstnanců. Praktická část se zaměřuje na podnik Zámecké vinařství Bzenec, s.r.o. Dotazníkovým šetřením jsou ověřené stanovené předpoklady o spokojenosti zaměstnanců v podniku a o jejich adekvátní motivaci ze strany podniku. Na závěr je navrhnutý motivační program, který obsahuje změny, jež by měly přispět k lepší motivaci zaměstnanců v daném podniku.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this Bachelor thesis Analysis of motivation of employees is analysis of motivational tools used for employee motivation management in chosen company. Theoretical part includes findings about motivation, various kind of motivation and its influence on effectiveness of employees. Practical part is focused on company Zámecké vinařství Bzenec, s.r.o. By questionnaire survey are verified questions about satisfaction of employees in the company and about their sufficient motivation of company-side. Lastly, there is suggested motivational program which contains changes that should contribute to better motivation of employees in chosen company.	en
