Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou procesu adaptace zaměstnanců ve firmě XYZ, s.r.o. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je zpracovat teoretické a metodické poznatky zaměřené na adaptaci zaměstnanců a poté stanovit teoretická východiska pro zpracování praktické části. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný stav procesu adaptace zaměstnanců ve firmě XYZ, s.r.o. V rámci analýzy je využito osobního interview s personalistkou a vedoucími adaptačního procesu. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou také návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení současného procesu adaptace zaměstnanců ve firmě XYZ, s.r.o. |
