Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje přírodními katastrofami a bezpečnostní komunitou. Mezi přírodními katastrofy patří zemětřesení, tsunami, sněhová kalamita, povodně, sopečná činnost, lesní požáry a sesuv půdy. Popisuje se u nich charakteristika, a jak taková situace vzniká a proč. Mezi bezpečnostní komunitu se řadí Integrovaný záchranný systém a jeho složky, ministerstva, vládu, bezpečnostní radu kraje a obce, krizový štáb a orgány pro řízení evakuace. Praktická část je věnována třinácti přírodním katastrofám na území České republiky za posledních pět let a analyzována. Dále anketou, ve které je třináct jednoduchých otázek pro stovku lidí žijících v České republice. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on natural disasters and security community. As the natural disasters are classed earthquake, tsunami, snow calamity, flood, volcanicity, forest fire and landslide. The thesis includes their characteristics, how such situation can occur and why. Among security community are classed Integrated Rescue System and its units, executive departments, government, security council of the region and city, task force and bodies for an evacuation. The practical part is focused on an analysis of natural disasters on the soil of the Czech Republic in last five years. The thesis includes also an enquiry with thirteen questions for hundred people living in the Czech Republic. |
