Práce pojednává o optimalizaci nákupu ve firmě Lachman Interier Design, s.r.o. V teoretické části je popsán nákup, cíle nákupu, faktory ovlivňující nákup, výzkum trhu a výběr dodavatelů, doprava v logistice a úlohy skladů. V praktické části práce je popsán proces získávání zakázek, proces zpracování zakázky, nákup a doprava materiálu. Podrobněji je rozebrán nákupní proces k určité zakázce, který je následně vyhodnocen. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou navržena možná řešení. |

This work is about an optimizing purchase in Lachman Interier Derign, s.r.o. firm. In the theoretical part is described purchase, an object of purchase, factors influencing the purchase, exploration of a market, selection of a supplier, logistic transportation and a function of storage. In the practical part is described the process of obtaining order, the process of order processing, purchase and transportation of material. In detail is described purchasing process of a specific order which is analyzed afterwards. Possible solutions are suggested, based on detected errors. |
