Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza dispečinkového centra ve společnosti MAREK spedition, s.r.o., možnosti jeho efektivnějšího řízení, vyhodnocení míry využití technologických prostředků a vymezení pojmu dispečerského řízení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jde o teoretickou podstatu dopravy, jaká je její funkce, typy dopravy, způsoby jejího řízení a telematiky, které se zabývá technickými a technologickými prostředky řízení dopravy. Druhá část obsahuje charakteristiku vybrané společnosti, popisuje problematiku dispečerského řízení, rozbor a popis systému řízení dispečinkového centra společnosti, porovnání jednotlivých dopravních informačních systémů a následná vyhodnocení a doporučení pro účelnější způsob řízení dispečinku. |

Subject matter of this bachelor's thesis is analysis of a dispatching center in MAREK spedition, s.r.o. enterprise, possibilities for more effective operating, review of a usage rate of technological instruments and a definition of the dispatching management term. This thesis is splitted into two parts. The first one describes the theoretical matter of transportation, it's function, types of transportation, methods of it's management and telematics which deals with technical and technological instuments of transportation management. The second part contains characterictics of the selected company, describes matters of dispatching management, analysis and description of dispatching management system, comparing separate information systems of transportation and their evaluation and recommentation for more efficient way of dispatching management. |
