dc.description.abstract	Předmětem práce s názvem "Veřejné zakázky pro obranu a bezpečnost - profilace chování podnikatelských firem" je zdůraznění nutnosti změn, které očekávají podnikatelský subjekt v případě, že má zájem se zúčastnit veřejných zakázek pro obranu a bezpečnost. První kapitola zachycuje teoretická východiska problematiky veřejných zakázek pro obranu a bezpečnost realizovaných subjekty veřejné správy. Druhá kapitola se zabývá stanovením hlavního a dílčích cílů disertační práce. Třetí kapitola řeší použité metody práce. Čtvrtá kapitola uvádí výsledky kvalitativního i kvantitativního výzkumu. Hlavní výsledek práce návrh metodického postupu pro přijetí veřejné zakázky pro obranu a bezpečnost je obsahem páté kapitoly. Kapitola šestá popisuje očekávané přínosy disertační práce s rozdělením pro teorii, praxi a pedagogickou činnost. Sedmá kapitola obsahuje doporučení českým firmám k využití výsledků práce pro zvýšení své konkurenceschopnosti. Osmá kapitola se zabývá naznačením dalšího možného pokračování tématu práce. Závěrem je připomenut rozsah využití výsledků práce zejména pro malé a střední podnikatelské firmy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the dissertation thesis entitled "Defence and Security Public Contracts - Profiling the Business Firms' Behaviour" is to emphasize the necessity of expected changes in the event that an entrepreneurial entity is interested in participating in defence and security public contracts. The first chapter deals with theoretical starting points of public contracts implemented by public administration entities aimed at defence and security public contracts. The second chapter defines both the main and partial objectives of the dissertation thesis. The third chapter deals with the working methods used. The fourth chapter includes the dissertation thesis main outcomes, which is the evaluation of qualitative and quantitative research outcomes in business firms. The main science finding, which is the proposal of methodological procedure to be applied in the process of accepting the defence and security public contract, is the content of the fifth chapter. The sixth chapter describes the expected benefits of the dissertation thesis for theory, practice and for teaching activities. The seventh chapter includes the recommendation for the Czech firms to apply the outcomes of the dissertation thesis to increase their competitiveness. The eighth chapter indicates the prospects of further progress in the abovementioned area of research. The outcomes of the dissertation thesis and the range of their implementation mainly for small and middle business firms are highlighted in the conclusion.	en
