Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Význam komunikačních dovedností manažerů v organizacích. Teoretická část pojednává o komunikaci jako procesech, o komunikačních dovednostech, bariérách v komunikaci a zlepšování komunikace v organizaci. Praktická část pojednává o způsobech komunikace ve společnosti Aukro. Společnost je představena, uvedena její historie, poslání, organizační struktura. Je provedena analýza komunikačních dovedností manažerů v této společnosti a formou dotazníku zjištěny skutečnosti, které souvisí se způsoby komunikace v této společnosti. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a některá doporučení ke zvýšení komunikačních dovedností manažerů. |

The theoretical part deals with communication as a process, communication skills, barriers in communication and improving communication within the organization.
