Bakalářská práce se věnuje kosmetickým gelům jako možným nosičům aktivních hydratačních látek. Zabývá se hydratací pokožky, suchou kůží a hydratačními látkami, které se běžně vyskytují v kosmetických přípravcích. Praktická část je zaměřena na vliv těchto hydratačních látek na viskozitu gelových vehikul a jejich účinnost při hydrataci pokožky. K měření hydratace byly zvoleny dvě metody, a to korneometrická metoda a metoda měření transepidermální ztráty vody (TEWL). Byly porovnány hydratační účinky jednotlivých látek obsažených ve stejném gelovém základu a bylo zhodnoceno, zda jsou gely vhodnými nosiči studovaných hydratačních látek. |

The thesis deals with cosmetic gels as potential carriers of active moisturizing agents. It also deals with the hydration of the skin, dry skin and moisturizing agents that are commonly found in cosmetic products. The experimental part is focused on the investigation of the influence of these substances on the gel viscosity and on their efficacy in skin hydration. For hydration measurements, the two methods were chosen; the corneometry and measurement of transepidermal water loss (TEWL). Hydration effects of each of the substances used in the same gel base were compared and suitability of the gels to serve as the moisturizing substance carrier was evaluated. |
