Diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním vlivu klonů jakonu na obsah polyfenolických látek v jejich hlízách. Teoretická část je věnována stručnému přehledu andských plodin, jejich botanickému popisu, rozšíření a pěstování. Dále je popsáno chemické složení jakonu a biologické účinky jejich komponent, zejména polyfenolů. Součástí je rovněž přehled metod používaných pro detekci polyfenolů v rostlinných materiálech. Pro praktickou část bylo použito 28 klonů hlíz jakonu a bylo provedeno stanovení obsahu polyfenolů. Získané výsledky byly porovnány s literaturou. |

The thesis deals with monitoring the impact of yacon clones to content of polyphenolic compounds in their tubers. The theoretical part is devoted to brief overview of Andean crops, their botanical description, distribution and cultivation. The following describes the chemical composition of yacon and biological effects of their components, especially polyphenols. Also includes an overview of methods used for the detection of polyphenols in plant materials. For the practical part was used 28 clones of yacon tubers and was performed determination of polyphenols. The obtained results were compared with literature. |
