Hlavným cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce bolo analyzovať systém vyhľadávania, výberu a prijímania pracovníkov vo firme ZŤS Elektronika a.s. Aby som sa lepšie zorientovala v tejto problematike, preštudovala som si literatúru, ktorá sa tejto témy týka. Tie najdôleži-tejšie poznatky som spracovala v teoretickej časti a neskôr som z nich vychádzala pri spra-covávaní praktickej časti. V praktickej časti som zisťovala, ako tento proces prebieha v reálnej firme a porovnávala som ho s mojimi zisteniami z teoretickej časti. Zistila som, že firma má slabé stránky najmä v oblasti vyhľadávania pracovníkov, preto som jej dala zopár doporučení ktoré jej pomôžu zlepšiť súčasný stav. Konkrétne som jej napríklad odporučila využívať služby personálnych agentúr, zúčastňovať sa pracovných veľtrhov, poriadať Dni otvorených dverí, čo by firme pomohlo k tomu, aby sa o nej dozvedelo viac ľudí. |

The main aim of my bachelor work was to analyze system of searching, choosing and ac-ceptation of new employees in the company ZŤS Elektronika a.s. I have read over many books connected with this topic to have a better view on this field. I worked up the most important pieces of knowledge in the theoretical part and later they have helped me in the practical part. In practical part, I was finding out, how is this process going on in the real company and I compared it with my findings from the theoretical part. I have found out that the most difficult for the company is searching for new employees, so I have gave some recommendations to the company. For example, I recommended the company to use the help of personnel agencies, to take part at job fairs, to make the Open-doors day, which would help the company to be known among the people. |
