Tématem této diplomové práce je projekt zvýšení produktivity obráběcí dílny společnosti Minerva BOSKOVICE a.s., s cílem zvýšení využití vybraných výrobních zařízení. Celé dílo je rozděleno do tří logicky na sebe navazujících částí. V první části této práce uvádím teoretická východiska, jejichž znalost je nezbytná k porozumění obsahu práce. V navazující analytické části představuji společnost Minerva BOSKOVICE a.s., - významné milníky vývoje společnosti, výrobní program, organizaci výroby a jiné. Těžištěm druhé části mé diplomové práce je analýza využití kapacity významných výrobních zařízení. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků v současném sledování prostojů a jejich příčin navrhuji v projektové části náhradu starých neproduktivních obráběcích strojů za nové. Závěrem konstatuji dosažení stanovených cílů a upozorňuji na možná úskalí realizace pro-jektu. |

The topic of my thesis is the project of increasing in productivity of the machine-tools in the workrooms of Minerva BOSKOVICE, a.s. company heading the aim of increasing productivity of selected manufacturing equipment. My work consists of three segments that are put into a logical order. In the first segment I recount the theoretical bases that are necessary to be understood for a clear comprehension of the essence of the thesis. In the analytical segment I introduce Minerva BOSKOVICE, a.s. - the important milestones of its history, production program, organization of manufac-turing and others. Essential for the second segment of my thesis is the analysis of capacity utilization of important manufacturing equipment. Based on recognition of deficiencies in current pursuance of delays and their causes I suggest in the project segment to change the old unproductive machine-tools for the new. In conclusion I enunciate that the aims were achieved and I notice of possible difficulties while realizing the project. |
