dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé bakalářské práce je prozkoumat pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu, zda a jestli dostatečně instruktoři služební přípravy vzdělávají policisty na příslušném Územním odboru, věnují policistům dostatek prostoru a času na nácvik nových a již osvojených dovedností a jestli je v současnosti služební příprava dostatečná z hlediska obsahu témat a časové frekvence. V teoretické části se budu zabývat pojmy služební příprava, instruktor a pedagogický proces. V praktické části je použita metoda dotazníku. Na základě výzkumu jsou doporučeny návrhy na zkvalitnění služební přípravy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my thesis is to explore if work of police training instructors is sufficient enough. Moreover, this thesis will examine: how are police officers educated on the relevant territorial departments, if the instructors devote enough time and space to practice new skills and skills that have already been acquired and whether there is adequate preparation in terms of content, themes, and time frequency. In order to generate appropriate data I decided to use the quantitative research. In the theoretical part, the concepts such service preparation, instructor and teaching pro-cess will be discussed. In the practical part of the research I used questionnaire. Based on the results of the research, there are recommended proposals in order to improve service training.	en
