dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu využití controllingových nástrojů pro zlep-šení finančního řízení společnosti XY, s.r.o. V teoretické části je definován pojem controlling, jeho funkce a cíle. Dále je pozornost zaměřena na finanční controlling a charakteristiku jeho jednotlivých nástrojů, používaných v rámci činností finančního řízení. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika firmy, ná-sleduje základní ekonomická analýza a analýza současného systému controllingu v oblasti finančního řízení, která tvoří základní východisko pro uvedený projekt. V závěrečné části jsou charakterizovány přínosy daného projektu a současně také identifikována možná rizi-ka při jeho praktickém uplatnění.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this diploma thesis is the project of the utilization controlling instruments for improvement the financial management. There is defined the term of the controlling, its function and aims in the theoretical part. In the next part is turned attention to the financial controlling and the characteristic its par-ticular instrument using within financial management. The characteristic of the firm is mentioned in the practical part then there is the basic economical analysis and also the analysis of the current controlling system. The analysis is the base for the stated pro-ject. The contribution of this project and the possible risks during the practical use are de-scribed in the closing part.	en
