Náplní této práce je zhodnocení výkonnosti společnosti ABC, a.s. Teoretická část se orientuje na problematiku tradičních a moderních přístupů měření výkonnosti a metodice jejich výpočtu. Na ni navazuje praktická část charakterizující nejprve samotnou společnost a dále odvětví, ve kterém podniká. Pomocí finanční analýzy je zhodnoceno finanční zdraví podniku. Další část je věnovaná posouzení výkonnosti vybranými moderními ukazateli a návrhu vhodného systému měření a hodnocení výkonnosti. |

This thesis deals with an evaluation of the performance of ABC a.s. company. Theoretical part focuses on the topic of traditional as well as modern approaches to the performance measurement including methodology of this calculation. This is followed by the practical part which, in the first instance, characterizes the company itself, then its business sector. By means of financial analysis the financial health of the company is assessed. Next part is dedicated to performance assessment realized through modern indices, and it is followed by proposal of most suitable system of performance measurement and evaluation. |
