dc.description.abstract	Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce bolo zmapovať súčasnú situácia na slovenskom pracov-nom trhu. V jej úvode sú pre lepšie pochopenie danej problematiky priblížené príčiny a následky nezamestnanosti, ktorá pôsobí na ľudí. Zameraná je tiež nato, ako samotná dlhodobá nezamestnanosť pôsobí na psychiku človeka. Keďže hlavným problémom je vysoká miera nezamestnanosti, diplomová práca podáva rôzne návrhy ako danú vysokú mieru nezamestnanosti v Trenčianskom kraji postupne zni-žovať s cieľom dosiahnuť zlepšenie v najproblematickejších oblastiach týkajúcich sa trhu práce.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The objective of my thesis is to map the current situation in the Slovak labor market. For better understanding, in the introduction are described the causes and consequences of unemployment, which act on humans. It focuses also on how the very long-term unem-ployment influences the human psyche. Since the main problem is high unemployment rate, thesis offers various proposals how to reduce the high unemployment rate in Trenčín region in order to achieve improvement in the most problematic issues related to the labor market.	en
