Diplomová práca je zameraná na problematiku agroturistiky v rámci cestovného ruchu. V teoretickej časti sú popísané základné charakteristiky cestovného ruchu a jeho podpory zo strany Európskej únie, ďalej špecifikácie vidieckej turistiky a agroturistiky. Posledné kapitoly teoretickej časti pojednávajú o inováciách a metodike riadenia projektov v podniku. Praktická časť začína analýzou poskytovaných služieb agropenzióna Grunt a pokračuje analýzami vonkajších a vnútorných faktorov a predpokladov. Nové možnosti pre zvýšenie návštevnosti a rozvoja cestovného ruchu na Považí sú po časovej, nákladovej i rizikovej stránke rozobrané v záverečnom projekte. |

The thesis is devoted to the issue of agrotourism as a part of tourism. In the theoretical part, the basic characteristics of tourism and its European Union financial support are described and next, rural tourism and agrotourism are specified. Final chapters of the theoretical part deal with the innovations and methodology of project managing in the facility. The practical part starts with the analysis of services provided by Grunt guest house and the analysis of external and internal factors and assumptions follows. In the final project, new alternatives for attracting more attendance and developing tourism in Považie area are outlined from the points of view of time, spending and risks. |
