dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodnou variantu financování investičního záměru společnosti XY. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku investic a metod jejich hodnocení, zdrojů financování investičních projektů a ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Dále je vysvětlen proces poskytnutí bankovního úvěru. V praktické části je představena společnost XY a následně je pomocí ukazatelů finanční analýzy zhodnocena finanční situace této firmy. Poté je popsán plánovaný investiční projekt, zhodnocena jeho efektivnost a jsou navrženy možnosti financování tohoto projektu. Závěr práce je věnován vyhodnocení výsledků a doporučení nejvhodnější varianty financování investičního záměru.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable alternative of financing the investment project of the company XY. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics and methods of the investment evaluation, the sources of financing investment projects and the indicators of the financial analysis. Furthermore, the process of a bank loan provision is explained. In the practical part the company XY is introduced and subsequently the financial situation of the company is evaluated by the means of indicators of financial analysis. Then is the planned investment project described, its effectiveness is evaluated and financing options are designed for this project. The conclusion is devoted to evaluation of the results and there is given a recommendation of the best option for financing the investment project.	en
