Diplomová práce se zabývá založením odloučeného oddělení pro výdej léků a zdravotnic-kých prostředků v městysi Osvětimany. V teoretické části jsou shromážděny obecné in-formace týkající se zakládání podniků a specifika při zakládání lékárenských zařízení. Ná-sleduje analytická část, kde je zkoumáno okolí podniku, konkurenční prostředí a postoje obyvatel. Výsledky analýzy jsou využity pro zpracování konkrétního návrhu založení od-loučeného lékárenského oddělení. Návrh zahrnuje základní údaje o projektu, harmonogram jeho vzniku, finanční, personální a marketingový záměr, vyhodnocení rizik a celkové zhodnocení. |

This thesis deals with the establishment of the detached pharmaceutical and medical devic-es dispensing unit in the township village Osvětimany. In the theoretical part is collected general information related with the company establishment and specifics of the establish-ment of the pharmaceutical units. The analytical part investigates local surroundings, com-petitive environment and attitude of the population. Results of the analysis are used for a formulation of the specific proposal of establishment of the detached pharmaceutical unit. Proposal includes basics information about the project, the timetable of its creation, finan-cial, personnel and marketing plan, risk assessment and overall evaluation. |
