Hlavním předmětem mojí diplomové práce je procesní analýza nově zavedeného informačního systému pomocí využití poznatků z teoretické části a popis bezpečnostních systémů ve výrobě. Cílem této analýzy bylo zhodnocení a návrh na optimalizaci výrobního procesu z pohledu IS a v druhé části diplomové práce se zabývám oblastí bezpečnosti a to z pohledu bezpečnosti datové, bezpečnosti objektu a bezpečnosti v rámci masné výroby, kde také přikládám své doporučení na zlepšení současného stavu. |

The main subject of my thesis is the process analysis of the newly introduced information system through the use of knowledge in the theoretical part. The aim of this analysis was to evaluate and optimize the design process from the perspective of the IS. The second part of the thesis deals with the areas of safety and security of data, building safety and security throughout the meat production, where I attach my recommendations for improving the current situation. |
