Tato diplomová práce popisuje činnost soukromých bezpečnostních služeb, právní úpravu této činnosti, provoz pultu centrální ochrany a jeho důležitou roli v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, se kterými se setkáváme v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti, je zde popsána činnost soukromých bezpečnostních služeb se zaměřením na provoz pultů centrální ochrany, právní úprava této činnosti, postupy pracovníků soukromých bezpečnostních služeb, jejich výstroj, výzbroj, technické prostředky a oprávnění. Praktická část je pak zaměřena na zmapování samotné problematiky provozu pultu centrální ochrany, práce a postupů pracovníků výjezdových skupin při signálu narušení střeženého objektu a porovnání činnosti a vybavení pracovníků soukromých bezpečnostních služeb ve vztahu k pracovníkům složek městské policie a Policie České republiky, kteří rovněž provádí výjezdy na signály pultu centrální ochrany. Z výsledků empirické, výzkumné části jsou vyvozena doporučení pro další vývoj v této oblasti a navrženy možnosti řešení zjištěných problémů<br> |

This dissertation describes the activities of private security services, their juridical aspect, operations of central security board and its important role in the industry of commercial security. The dissertation has two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part contains the explanation of the basic terminology which we can meet within the industry of a commercial security, the description of the activities of the private security services with focus to the central security boards operations, juridical aspects of this activity, standard operating procedures of the employees of the private security services, their equipment, ammunition, technical means and authorizations. Practical part comprises the observation of the operations of the central security board, the activities and procedures of the members of the intervention group after getting the violation signal from the premises and comparison of the activities and equipment of the private securiry service group with the Municipal Police or State Police units. The recommendations for further development in this area and the recommended solutions of problems detected come out from the empiric, research part of the dissertation<br> |
