dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozšířením hotelového řetězce Orea Hotels formou franchisingu ve Zlínském kraji. Hlavní součástí práce je analýza ubytovacích kapacit hotelů ve Zlínském kraji a následně výběr konkrétního hotelu pro vstup do hotelového řetězce Orea Hotels. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, analytickou a projektovou část. V teoretické části je vypracována literární rešerše týkající se hotelnictví a problematiky franchisingu. Analytická část je zaměřena na představení společnosti Orea Hotels a jejích členů. Následně je spracována analýza ubytovacích kapacit a podle zadaných kritérií hote-lového řetězce je vybrán konkrétní hotel. V projektové části jsou popsány jednotlivé kroky, které je nutné udělat ještě před podpisem franchisové smlouvy jako právní základ pro vstup hotelu do řetězce Orea Hotels.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the extension of the hotel chain Orea Hotels by franchising in the region of Zlin. The main part of this work is the analysis of hotel accommodation capacity in region of Zlin and subsequently selection of specific hotel for entrance to the hotel chain Orea Hotels. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and pro-ject part. A literature research regarding to hospitanty and issues of franchising is developed in the theoretical part. The analytical part is focused on introduction of Orea Hotels company and their members. The analysis of capacity accommodation is processed subsequently and according to the specified criteria of hotel chain, the particular hotel is selected. The steps that have to be done before signing the Franchise agreement as a legal basis for entry into the hotel chain Orea Hotels are described in the project section.	en
