dc.description.abstract	Zvýšení výkonnosti ? téma, které je dnes aktuálnější více než jindy. Tato práce se pokusí najít odpověď na to, jak dosáhnout zvýšení výkonnosti ve společnosti, které díky svému přirozenému monopolu chybí hlavní motivátor v této oblasti - volný trh. Jako hlavní sta-vební kameny byly vybrány reengineering, zavedení procesního řízení a Maslowova pyra-mida. V této diplomové práci najdeme, jak lze uplatnit tyto postupy tam, kde by se to moh-lo zdát na první pohled nemožné a jakým způsobem to přinese zvýšení výkonnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Improving performance ? this issue is more topical today than ever. The present work tries to find answers how the overall efficiency can be boosted in a company enjoying a sort of natural monopoly, and thus lacking the principal motivator in this domain, namely the free market. The following main cornerstones have been chosen for this purpose: reengineering, introduction of procedural management, and the Maslow pyramid. The thesis offers suggestions how these processes can be applied in places where it may seem to be im-possible at first sight, and in what ways increased performance is achievable.	en
