dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a charakterizací částečně biorozložitelných polymerních směsí na bázi polylaktidu a polymetylmetakrylátu. Byly připraveny dvě série vzorků pomocí rozpouštědlové odlévací a termoplastické metody. Směsi byly charakterizovány na mechanické, tepelné a morfologické vlastnosti. Byla také provedena degradační studie v bazickém prostředí. Výsledky naznačují významný vliv metody přípravy daných směsí s ohledem na jejich interakce a kompatibilitu, na kterou byla zaměřena značná pozornost. Zkoumané polymerní systémy prokázaly svou potenciální aplikovatelnost pro přípravu zdravotnických prostředků.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the preparation and characterization of partially biodegradable polymer blends based on polylactide and poly(methyl methacrylate). There were two series of samples prepared by solvent casting and thermoplastic techniques. Mechanical, thermal and morphological properties of the compounds were characterized. In addition, degradation study in alkaline environment was also carried out. The results indicate significant effects of mixture preparation methods with regard to their interaction and compatibility, which was paid a significant attention. The investigated polymer systems demonstrate their potential applicability in area of a medical devices preparation.	en
