Řasy jsou významné svou nutriční hodnotou. Jsou vhodným zdrojem proteinů, vitaminů, minerálních látek a vlákniny. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obsahem proteinů a nukleových kyselin ve vybraných druzích mořských a sladkovodních řas. Dále popisuje metody, které se běžně používají ke stanovení obsahu proteinů, a metody ke stanovení nukleových kyselin v řasách. |
