Diplomová práce na téma ,,Aplikace metody SMED na proces výroby ve firmě TES, a.s.? se zabývá konkrétní problematikou v lisovně, jejíž náplní je výroba rovinných výlisků pro elektrotechniku na vystřihovacích linkách. Pomocí metody SMED hledám možnosti jak zkrátit časy při výměně a navrhuji varianty řešení problematiky vyplývající z analýzy, jejichž zavedením se vytvoří předpoklady pro řešení zjištěných nedostatků. |

This thesis themed " Application of the SMED method to the manufacturing process in the TES company" deals with specific problems in the coining department, whose contents is manufacturing of surface prints for electronics on cutting-out units. With help of the SMED method, I'm looking for options how to shorten exchanging time and suggest how to solve problems resulting from the analysis, by introducing of which presumptions for solution of revealed defects will be created. |
