dc.description.abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou firemní kultury a strategií firmy. V teoretické části se autor zaobírá podstatou, prvky a strukturou firemní kultury. V návaznosti pak charakterizuje jednotlivé typy firemních kultur, metodologii a analyzuje jejich vliv na strategii firmy. V praktické části pak analyzuje stav v konkrétní firmě a navrhuje doporučení pro management firmy. cs
