dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou ostravské společnosti RT TORAX s.r.o., která je významným prodejcem nových i ojetých osobních a lehkých užitkových vozů. Teo-retická část rozebírá způsob výpočtu jednotlivých finančních ukazatelů a dispozice násled-ných interpretací. Praktická část práce pohlíží na finanční výkazy analyzované společnosti v posledních šesti letech, detailně se zabývá širokou škálou jak klasických tak moderních ukazatelů výkonnosti a jejich výsledky interpretuje. V poslední části dochází k sestavení finančního plánu pro nastávající tři roky a k doporučení pro správný vývoj. Cílem práce je tedy zhodnotit dosavadní působení společnosti RT TORAX s.r.o. na trhu České republiky a navržení způsobu řízení hlavní podnikatelské činnosti směřující k vyšší stabilitě a přede-vším růstu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis with the financial analysis of RT TORAX Ltd, which is a major distributor of new and used cars and light commercial vehicles. Theoretical part discusses the method of calculation of financial indicators and the subsequent disposition interpretation. The practi-cal part of the thesis look at the company's financial statements analyzed in the last six years in detail deals with a wide range of both classic and modern performance indicators and their results interpreted. In the last part is to build a financial plan for the coming three years and recommendations for proper development. The aim is therefore to assess the cur-rent activities of RT TORAX Ltd on the market in Czech republic and the design method of managing core business activities that lead to greater stability and growth, primarily.	en
