Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu možného způsobu financování investice (rypadlonakladače) pro společnost PSK, a.s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky, po-dává všeobecné základní informace o investicích. Praktická část rozvíjí teoretické po-znatky, které jsou doplněny o výpočty hodnocení a efektivnosti investic s následným výbě-rem způsobu financování, které směřují k cíli zjistit nejlepší způsob financování. To je ta-kový způsob financování, který bude pro firmu představovat nejmenší vynaložené pro-středky. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty všechny důležité informace a z nich jsou formulována závě-rečná doporučení pro firmu, kterými by se měla řídit. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze possible ways of financing investment (trench hoe) for company PSK, a join stock company. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focuses on theoretical knowledge, gives general basic information about investments. The practical part developments the theoretical knowledge?s, which are completed by calculations of the evaluation and effectiveness of investments followed by selection of the financing, which lead to the aim to find the best way of financing. It is a way of funding which will cost the smallest resources for the company. The end of the work summarizes all important information, from them are formulated final recommendations for the company, which should be followed. |
