Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si vybrala téma "Nezaměstnanost ve Zlínském kraji a její dopad na životní styl." Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou pomocí literárních pramenů objasněny pojmy týkající se nezaměstnanosti. Především rozdělení nezaměstnanosti, faktory ovlivňující nezaměstnanost, důsledky nezaměstnanosti a rizikové skupiny. V praktické části je charakterizován Zlínský kraj, vývoj a současný stav nezaměstnanosti ve Zlínském kraji, zpracovaná SWOT analýza a dotazníkové šetření. |

For my Bachelor thesis I have chosen the topic "Unemployment in Zlin Region and its influence on lifestyle." This thesis has two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part are the terms concerning unemployment explained by the help of literary sources. First of all the forms of unemployment, the factors influencing the unemployment, consequences of unemployment and endangered groups. Answers to the research questions are sought with the help of quantitative research strategy, namely the specific questionnaire survey technique. Also SWOT analysis were used. The practical part contains the charakteristic of Zlin Region, the development and the present state of unemployment in Zlin Region too. |
