dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice využití outsourcingu v distribuci. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy jako logistika či outsourcing, dále vý-klad použitých metod pro řešení problematiky pro praktickou část této práce. V následující praktické části je popis a struktura společnosti Era Logistic s.r.o., její analýza současného stavu a možnosti pro poskytování služeb v rámci outsourcingu a návrh na zlepšení. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro řízení společnosti s co nejlepším vy-užitím vozového parku a skladových prostor	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is dedicated to utilisation of outsourcing in distribution. The theoreti-cal part contains definition of the essential terms as logistics or outsourcing, as well as ex-planations of the methods used to find solutions to be implemented within the practical part of this thesis. The subsequent practical part then includes the description and structure of the Era Logistic s.r.o. (Ltd.) company, the current status analysis and the opportunity for provision of services in terms and outsourcing and the improvement suggestion. The final part of this thesis comprises suggestions and recommendations related to the company ma-nagement with the best practices for utilisation of the fleet and storage facilities.	en
