Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu efektivní komunikační strategie památkových objektů ve správě Národního památkového ústavu, územního odborného pracoviště v Kroměříži. Na základě definovaných teorií a postupů v rámci marketingových komunikací jsou formulována teoretická východiska a stanoveny pracovní hypotézy. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a analýzu současných forem komunikace památkových objektů ve správě NPÚ ÚOP v Kroměříži. Z poznatků teoretické části, výsledků analýz a dotazníkového šetření je v projektové části sestavena optimální komunikační strategie pro památkové objekty ve správě NPÚ ÚOP v Kroměříži. Tato strategie by měla zlepšit komunikaci nejen mezi památkovými objekty a širokou veřejností, ale i mezi památkovými objekty navzájem. |

The goal of my thesis is to create a project for efficient communication strategies of monuments in charge of The National Institute for the Protection and Conservation of Monuments and Sites, territorial branch in Kroměříž (NIPCMS TBK). On the basis of defined theories and processes in the framework of marketing communica-tions there are formulated theoretical resources and stated working hypotheses. The practi-cal part focuses on evaluation of a questionnaire enquiry and on an analysis of present forms of communications of monuments in charge of the NIPCMS TBK. In the project part there is compiled an optimal communication strategy for monuments in charge of the NIPCMS TBK. It arises from the theoretical part findings, results of the analysis and questionnaire enquiry. The strategy should improve the communication not only between the monuments and general public, but also between the monuments them-selves. |
