Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice financování a hospodaření kraje. Cílem práce je analyzovat příjmovou a výdajovou stránku rozpočtu kraje, dále také majet-kovou a finanční strukturu Zlínského kraje. Za pomocí finančních ukazatelů zhodnotit do-savadní hospodaření Zlínského kraje. Teoretická část obsahuje definice základních pojmů a rozbor hlavních aspektů souvisejících s financováním a hospodařením kraje. Pozornost je zde zaměřena na rozpočet kraje, na jeho příjmy a výdaje, na jejich klasifikaci, též na rozpočtový proces, skladbu, výhled a jiné související pojmy. V části praktické jsou pak analyzovány rozpočty Zlínského kraje za roky 2007-2010. Součástí praktické části je také analýza účetních výkazů a finanční analýza za použití příslušných ukazatelů. |

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issue of financing and management of the region. The aim is to analyze revenue and expenditure side of the regional budget, as well owner-ship and financial structure of the Zlín Region. I tried to use financial indicators to evaluate the current management of the Zlín Region. The theoretical part contains definitions of basic concepts and analysis the main aspects related to financing and management of the region. The attention is focused on the budget of the region, on its income and expenses, on their classification, on the budget process, budget structure, budget outlook and other related concepts. In the practical part the budg-ets of the region for years 2007-2010 are analyzed. The practical part includes the analysis of financial statements and financial analysis using common indicators. |
