dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je problematika optimalizace procesu výběru dodavatelů. Daná problematika je řešena ve firmě zabývající se nákupem a prodejem podlah a jejich příslušenství. Práce je složena ze dvou částí, a to z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány literární podklady, které objasňují danou problematiku. V praktické části je analyzován současný průběh procesu výběru dodavatelů ve firmě a na základě poznatků obsažených v teoretické části vytvořen návrh optimálního zlepšení tohoto procesu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this thesis is the issue of optimizing the selection of suppliers. This issue is solved in a company which deals with the purchase and sale floors and accessories. The work consists of two parts, namely theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part are processed literary documents, which clarify this issue. The practical part is analyzed the current process of selection of suppliers in the company and based on the findings con-tained in the theoretical part is made a proposal of optimal improvement of this process.	en
